Our Materials

  • PLA

    Standard (FDM)

PLA (polylactic acid) is the most common FDM material. However, it lacks the temperature resistance that many other materials offer. It is great for prototypes, concept models, and low-wear toys.

  • PETG

    Engineering (FDM)

PETG is quite tough with better temperature resistance compared to PLA. It is an excellent choice for end-use parts and parts requiring chemical and moisture resistance. We also offer PETG CF (Cabon Fiber) reinforced, which adds rigidity and a beautiful matte black surface finish.

  • ASA

    Engineering (FDM)

ASA (acrylic styrene acrylonitrile) is great for strong, usable parts and exhibits good temperature and impact resistance. ASA is very similar to ABS; the primary difference is ASA’s UV light resistance.

  • PC

    Engineering High Performance (FDM)

PC (Polycarbonate) is our most rigid material offering with a high-temperature resistance second only to PA11. Our PC is carbon fiber reinforced which adds rigidity and a beautiful matte black surface finish. Choose PC for high-demand functional parts.

  • PA 11 CF

    Engineering (FDM)

PA11 (Nylon 11) is our most temperature-resistant material offering. Our PA11 is carbon fiber reinforced which improves printing stability and provides a beautiful matte finish. PA11 is not as rigid as PC but has better temperature resistance. Choose PA11 for high-temperature applications and when impact resistance or some ductility is required.

  • Flexible TPU 95A

    Flexible (FDM)

Flexible materials are wear and abrasion-resistant and have exceptional inter-layer adhesion. Common applications include grips, anti-slip parts, vibration dampening, wheels, and much more. Flexible filaments are rated on the Shore A-type Hardness scale; the higher the rating, the stiffer the filament.

  • Resin

    High Detail (SLA)

High-detail parts with an excellent surface finish. Ideal for visual models and small parts with intricate geometry. Parts are somewhat brittle and should not be used for high-stress mechanical applications.
